    1. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 19 and insert in lieu thereof:

 

          "B. For the purposes of this section, "fentanyl" means fentanyl or a controlled substance analog of fentanyl as defined in Subsection U of Section 30-31-2 NMSA 1978."".
